Coeliacs coming to stay, eat as ''normal'', with a great variety of breads, cakes, biscuits, muesli, deserts, all home made daily. For 24 years now I have cooked for my son David and many, many Coeliac guests. I get great pleasure producing gluten free food, guests often come to the kitchen to watch me bake.
